Job Description:

This role is predominately focused on: Forecasting, Reporting and Analysis

The primary focus of this role is forecasting, reporting and analysis, and consolidation for the GWIM Operations LOBs. Business partners include the BFO for the Retirement and Banking/Brokerage Operations groups, as well as the LOB managers.

Key responsibilities and competencies:

  • Responsible for GWIM Ops consolidated forecast and monthly reporting

  • Responsible for forecasting and monthly reporting and variance analysis for CMA Operations and Wealth Mgmt Banking Services LOBs

  • Analyze costs and understand business drivers and levers to influence efficiencies

  • Partner with peers and management to implement process & reporting improvements

  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage/sequence many deliverables

  • Strong written and oral communications skills with excellent attention to detail

Role Overview

Key priorities are Consolidation, P&L planning, forecasting and reporting to enable informed decisions by Business Executives through accurate financial statements and financial commentary demonstrating robust business acumen. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure and acumen in business functions & business strategies, forecasting and planning personnel and non-personnel expenses, cost allocations, and financial analysis.

Required Skills

  • BS/BA (Finance/Accounting Preferred)

  • Management Accounting Experience

  • Advanced Excel, Modeling, Data Manipulation

  • Forecast/Planning Experience
