Bank of America Sr Fin Analyst - Global Transactional Svs - CLT in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description:

The position is an SFA supporting the large corporate Financial Institution (FI) and Public Sector Banking (PSB) client segments for the Global Transaction Services (GTS) product set. GTS products include analyzed DDAs to hold deposits, make payments and take receipts as well as corporate credit cards, short term trade loans and banknotes.

  • The analyst will report, interpret and communicate to business partners a full general ledger P&L for the North America large corporate and PSB segments.

  • The analyst aggregates GL product forecasts into a complete segment/region P&L view and communicates the overall forecast to the business partner to gain approval.

  • The role is responsible for providing and analyzing a Global FI client “managed” revenue view as well.

  • The SFA also analyzes financials at the client level and makes recommendations to improve profitability as well as researches specific client profitability questions from business partners. To perform these duties, the analyst pulls/downloads detailed client level revenue and costs trends from the client profitability system.

  • The SFA will partner with several Managing Directors in the line business so the role requires strong business partnering and communication skills along with strong analytical, excel and PowerPoint skills. A base competency in SAP/eLedger is also preferred.
