Job Description Summary

This role is on the Foreign Tax Credit and U.S. International Consolidations Team with primary responsibility for the preparation of Form 1118, forecasting foreign source income and foreign tax credits, and Dual Consolidated Loss calculations. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, tax research; calculation of the APB23 footnote disclosure; ownership of key U.S. international tax processes; identification, documentation and implementation of process improvements. Other activities may include preparation of Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1120 and calculation of state tax modifications related to international operations.

Required skills: Candidate must have 5-8 years of corporate income tax experience with an emphasis on U.S. international tax; accounting or other business degree; strong analytical communication and time management skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online tax research tools.

Desired skills: Experience in the financial services industry; proficiency with CorpTax and CorpTax International, Oracle/SAP. CPA Preferred.
