Job Description:

Contributes to programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Assesses the adoption risk associated with the change effort. Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to make needed behavioral changes. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Experience with BAC Change and Project Management tools and processes. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 1-3 plus years of project or program management support experience.

Position Summary

Responsible for driving transformation and improvement within CSST including: scrum team level agile coaching, meeting facilitation, training documentation and delivery, process documentation, team assessments and improve plans; Person will be expected to work with senior level business and technology teams to build a sustainable road map to improve the planning and execution model.

Required Skills

"Agile Coach with 5+ years of experience as a coach and 10+ years of overall experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills"

Desired Skills

"Experience with transformation from waterfall to agile

SAFE SPC Certification or equivalent scaled agile experience
