The Project Manager supports the Wholesale Credit Transformation initiative, a multi-year partnership between Global Technology & Operations and Global Banking & Markets. WCT is a portfolio of technology, process and organizational projects with the goal of simplifying the credit experience for our commercial and corporate clients, and the employees who serve them.

  • Responsibilities:The Project Manager is a member of the Wholesale Credit Program Management team and provides coordination and support across the entire WCT portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work both independently and within a team. The Project Manager will be expected to quickly learn WCT routines and constantly look for ways for the team to work more effectively. This position provides a great deal of visibility across GT&O and GBAM, as well as an opportunity to learn about credit, one of the core businesses of the bank.

  • Coordinates adherence to GT&O program management standards and routines for all WCT project teams; communicates deliverables and tracks status

  • Ensures project teams complete appropriate program management steps for major technology releases

  • Manages request process for changes to project scope

  • Ensures Audit requirements are met

  • Creates and maintains leadership and other required reporting

  • Tracks WCT targeted and achieved milestones, metrics and accomplishments

  • Manages a large volume of meeting routines across WCT

  • Prepares meeting decks and facilitates meetings

  • Manages SharePoint and Discovery sites
