Serve as a Director within the HDMS Product Management team. Play a lead role in designing, creating and deploying a state-of-art healthcare analytics tool using a contemporary BI platform. Must think strategically and be able to act tactically. Experience with Tableau, BIRST and/or Cliq is preferred. Must have a basic understanding of data model structures and concepts. Solid Product Management skills, an understanding of analytics and experience working in healthcare is preferred. Lead meetings with product development, IT and data operations regarding product requirements. Write documentation around new functionality and communicate product management strategy with HDMS staff and clients.

Fundamental Components:

Provides direction and support for significant product initiatives. Will independently manage large product initiatives. Demonstrated product management skills, with knowledge of product and systems.

Experience leading large scale project efforts in a Product Management capacity. /Strategic mindset and ability to create and execute on a vision./Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment./Communicates product features and fundamental components to the organization that reflects the product and responds to the needs of various stakeholders (i.e., employees, customer)./Respond to sales inquiries, RFPs and client presentations. / Experience with healthcare concepts and analytic methodologies such as ETGs, ERGs and quality measures. /Excellent written and communication skills. / Ability to collaborate with disparate groups and deliver results. / Masters degree preferred. / Represents product strategy in cross functional product development activities./ Collaborates with market segments to develop and implement plans to achieve segment product strategies./ Ensures that product is designed, developed, implemented and maintained from a business/customer point of view./Performs research and analysis on legislative, competitive and industry issues to recommend new products or product enhancements./ Participates in idea generation and project vision session for the development of new products and product enhancements./ Gathers and analyzes feedback in support of performance analysis for products and continual improvement. /Experience with healthcare concepts and analytic methodologies such as ETGs, ERGs and quality measures.
