Work You ll DoProvide strategic and technical Human Resource Transformation consulting services on behalf of a global consulting company. Lead and deliver large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Participate in the selection, design, and implementation of technology-enabled business and HR solutions for clients. Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships and oversee projects from planning through execution. Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions. Ensure checkpoint compliance utilizing Workday Delivery Assurance. Support day-to-day client relationships. Identify key integration process performance metrics. Oversee the application of workflows to existing business processes and maintain project issue tracking tools, including JIRA, MS SharePoint, to handle workflow customizations, data capture, and field configurations. Prepare current state versus future state class diagrams (UML methodology) during Workday implementation. Educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform. Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Assist with analysis of standards for technical development and create, document, test, and communicate integration standards for Workday system implementations. Support the conversion of legacy system employee data into new HR systems, including Workday by utilizing SQL Loaders, UNIX scripts, EIBs, and iLoads. Oversee the design and implementation of custom technology-enabled integration solutions for Workday platforms using Workday Studio, WSDL, SOAP, and REST. Execute the design and implementation of integration solutions for the Workday platform using pre-built Workday integration connectors for Human Capital Management (HCM), Benefits, Payroll and Finance. Drive the transformation and display of XML with XSLT for integration solutions using Workday Studio and BIRT Reports. Support the development, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM, Benefits, and financial integrations, including the configuration of partner cloud integrations to meet client requirements. RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Engineering (any), Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.Five years of progressively responsible experience providing strategic and technical Human Resource Transformation consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have five year s of experience with:Analyzing standards for technical development and creating, documenting, testing, and communicating integration standards for Workday system implementations;Converting legacy system employee data into new HR systems, including Workday by utilizing SQL Loaders, UNIX scripts, EIBs, and iLoads;Designing and implementing custom technology-enabled integration solutions for Workday platforms using Workday Studio, WSDL, SOAP, and REST;Designing and implementing integration solutions for the Workday platform using pre-built Workday integration connectors for HCM, Benefits, Payroll and Finance;Transforming and displaying XML with XSLT for integration solutions using Workday Studio and BIRT Reports; andDeveloping, testing, and deploying of Workday HCM, Benefits, and financial integrations, including the configuration of partner cloud integrations to meet client requirements.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field plus three years of experience.80% travel required.
