Job Description:

Manage marketing research and related analytical projects supporting various GBAM Line of businesses Works directly with GBAM marketing and line of business partners. Leads research and analytical initiatives, develops insights and recommendations, communicates learning and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Develop and manage quarterly GBAM marketing scorecard. Learn how to develop and execute marketing research surveys on the new internal Qualtrics research platform. Engage with key business partners to understand research needs, develop and execute surveys to meet those needs. Is knowledgeable of Global Banking and Corporate Banking business strategies and activities. Has a working knowledge of global business issues (for example, Brexit, French efforts to relocate businesses out of UK...etc).

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

  • 4 + years’ experience of strong demonstrated project management skills

  • 4 + years’ experience of demonstration to learn and adapt to new roles/systems

  • 4 + years’ experience of analytical skills working with/developing scorecards

  • Ability to work with mid/senior level line of business managers

Desired Skills:

  • MBA in Finance, Statistics or Math is preferred

  • 2 + years’ experience working with GBAM LOBS, especially investment bank/global markets

  • Ability to ask appropriate questions to understand business needs.

  • Ability to adapt to change.

  • Demonstrated project management skills.

  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills.

  • Knowledge of SAS a plus.

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills.
