Bank of America QI/ QDD & FATCA FFI Compliance Program Manager: Charlotte, Jacksonville, Chicago in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

Project manage the development of a compliance program and attestation process required under the 871m and FATCA rules. Project requires testing of 1 full year (out of three) of all information reporting for impacted BAML legal entities and a sub attestation process for Responsible Officers (ROs) that will have to attest to accuracy and any materials gaps in reporting between 2014-2017:

  • Develop the approach to the compliance program for both the 871m QI/ QDD and FATCA FFI attestations due starting in July 2018

  • Manage the execution of the overall project/delivery plan

  • Build the sub attestation process for Operations to support the attestation by the RO (Responsible Officer) for each entity in scope

  • Maintain the cross organizational project plan and provide escalation to appropriate teams

  • Manage key stakeholder updates and ensure appropriate project governance

  • Drive execution of the project plan and ensure accountability across the organization

  • Ensure the implementation of enterprise change standards for the given book of work

  • Support regulatory review assessments and reviews

  • Support internal audit project driven assessments and reviews

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Global Markets products

  • 8+ years of program/project management experience

  • Strong communications skill set – written and verbal

  • Highly collaborative across diverse organization group

  • Ability to drive complex change requirements

  • Knowledge and exemplified implementation of Enterprise change standards

  • Team management and leadership

  • Influence program of work in order to drive the key requirements and deliverables

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of the 871m and/or US Tax regulations

  • Knowledge of PPRT, RAFT and other key tools
