Work You ll Do
As someone who seeks to bring business strategy to life through technology and bridge communication between technical teams and business leaders, you ll help our clients strategize, design, build and implement new HR models. Understanding the process from planning to implementation, you ll help determine the right system architecture and infrastructure needed to better manage clients people information. Whether working with Workday, Salesforce, SAP or Oracle, you ll gain hands-on knowledge of how to successfully enable the workplace of the future by capitalizing on the rapid pace of technical innovation in the HR space today. We are not looking for coders; we are looking for strategic thinkers with a knowledge and passion for transforming an organization and its operations through HR technology.
How You ll Grow
Two of the most important tools in today s business world are experience and resources. At Deloitte, you ll find plenty of both. During this 8-10 week long learning experience, you ll gain first-hand insights into the technical skills, critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets needed to be effective as part of the Human Capital practice. You ll work with a wide variety of talented leaders, learn how to tackle business issues and design strategies that are aligned with our clients objectives, and experience the day-to-day challenges and opportunities presented in this exciting, forward-facing career. Your tailored training program will start on day 1 and be supplemented with learning opportunities throughout the summer, whether on the job, virtual, or in the office on Fridays. Enrolled in a Bachelor s or Master s degree program in related field of study (such as business, management, human resources, organizational behavior, psychology, economics, finance, social sciences or liberal arts)
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2)
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel
