Job Summary

Applies electrical and mechanical engineering principles to components, subsystems and systems, including assembly, analysis, testing and documentation; construction of developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and components. Performs entry level Engineering functions under the guidance of seasoned professionals.


More specifically, will support the L-3 product lines during the design and production build process in a hands on environment. Assist failure investigations where appropriate related to design, production build process, and customer returns. In addition, will assist in efforts to drive improvements to increase product reliability and lower production costs. Production support includes but is not limited to test fixture and tooling designs, product trouble shooting, document and drawing updates, process control improvements, development of custom customer solutions, and product design improvements.

  • Candidate Qualifications *

    Students interested in this opportunity must currently be enrolled in a Bachelors program and have a sophomore level standing in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering.

    3.2 GPA or higher strongly desired.

    Must be able to complete a minimum of three rotations with the organization.
