Job Description:

Financial Center engineering team is responsible for all the technical activities for both server and workstation operating systems. Perform image recaptures, packaging and integration testing on various Windows Operating Systems includes hardware like QSTs, Printers/Scanners and applications like Merlin Teller, Firmware, Hot fix and Critical fix. Additionally provides Level 3 support to Production teams. Also coordinates with various stakeholders for task completion. Support any issues occurring during the end to end process. Knowledge required on tools like Admin Studio, SCCM, BladeLogic and Splunk. Hands on responsibility for managing the FCE equipment in the Atlanta co-located lab.

Required Skills:

Windows Desktop and Server build technologies.

• Knowledge of build & standardize Windows Desktop (Band7) and Server (2003, 2008 and 2012) operating systems as per Financial Center specifications.

• Knows image recapture, tools update and support user pilot testing.

• Application, firmware, hotfix and critical fix packaging and updates.

• Hardware & software certification.

• Experience with and can develop/code various scripts using Perl/VB/PowerShell/JavaScript/NSH and such others.

• Application packaging knowledge.

• Good communication skills.
