Participates in diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May participate in or assist with projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Works under the supervision of a Manager or Senior Analyst and may oversee the activities of entry level professionals or interns.

Requires a minimum of FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licensing. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Works under the supervision of a Manager or Senior Analyst and may oversee the activities of entry level professionals or interns.

Required skills:

Requires a thorough knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) products and Skype for Business

Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices

Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to easily build working relationships

Comfortable with consulting with senior management in support of their onboarding activities that may encompass many associates

May also oversee the activities of entry level professionals or interns
