Working together with our client service engagement teams, we tailor a plan that combines the best resource and pricing options for a specific piece of work, based on the client business drivers, delivery requirements, and value factors.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5 years of related experience in IT, and at least 3 years of specialized experience in software delivery or software development [Java/JEE].

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field.

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success as a both an individual contributor and team member in the following areas:

  • Working with key client stakeholders to define system integration & orchestration processes;

  • Gathering functional and technical system requirements;

  • Setting up client side architecture, install software, and configure for high performance and scalability;

  • Contributing to PwC’s App Integration practice by developing reusable Mule extensions and by writing knowledge articles based on project experience SOA design principles and industry leading practices;

  • Defining canonical data models in various message formats; and,


Programming and troubleshooting Mule ESB, including working with debuggers, flow analyzers, and configuration tools;

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Enterprise integration patterns;

  • EAI/SOA industry leading practices, development methodologies & standards;

  • Configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications;


Java, C#, Python (knowledge of at least one of these languages)

  • SOA architecture and fluency in web service standards such as WSSE and technologies [XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, REST], and Application Servers

  • JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere; and

  • Implementation of Mule API management portal or another framework.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, in the following areas:

  • Software consulting, ideally in a Portal, BPM, DM or EAI related setting;

  • Project Management [Risk Management, Scope Management, Change Control, etc;

  • Analytics, problem solving, communication, and troubleshooting;

  • Design and implement complex enterprise integration solutions with industry standard technologies: Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory, and CRM applications, and more; and,

  • technical leadership on project related tasks leveraging PwC tools, templates & methodologies and ensuring delivery dates are met.
