This is an exciting opportunity in Columbus, IN for a Service Application Trainer .

Cummins USA is where you can work on industry leading engineering projects such as New Product Development, Value Package Introduction and Systems Product Validation.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other project team experiences to enhance the success of the project.

  • Primarily responsible for traveling to dealers with some distributor locations across North America, Mexico, and some global locations to train on the new Guidanz Web Service application.

  • The position will also include duties such as:

Assist in maintaining training documentation with updates per release

Conduct skype training sessions for external users

Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders and users

Assist in maintaining reference information to be posted on external training applications (checklists, videos, etc.)

Provide training sessions as needed / scheduled



Cross-Functional Knowledge – Understands the more detailed hand-offs in Service event areas such as Intake, Diagnosis, Repair, and Closing, and know the detailed work of at least one of those functional areas.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree required.


  • Intermediate level (4 plus) of relevant work experience required.

  • Multi-Language speakers would be required (German or Spanish or Chinese or Arabic).

  • This position is upto 75% travel.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary commensurate with experience plus bonus.
