Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented and hardworking Project Manager- Aquatic Resources for immediate employment in the Conshohocken, PA office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Finds and pursues business opportunities by networking with clients as well as within the industry to develop business relationships

  • Uses knowledge of power, chemical/ pharmaceutical, oil & gas, and industrial manufacturing industries to cross sell AECOM capabilities

  • Markets field and laboratory capabilities through interaction with AECOM technical experts across the US and by meeting with key clients and potential clients discussing capabilities and technical expertise

  • Develops business opportunities in the public and private sectors

  • Supports business line marketing initiatives and assist with proposals

  • Manages projects

  • Provides technical expertise and internal reviews on deliverables

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 4+ years of task and project management experience

  • Working relationships with state or federal regulators

  • Market field and laboratory capabilities through interaction with AECOM technical experts across the US and by meeting with key clients and potential clients discussing capabilities and technical expertise

  • Comfortable presenting in-person or via webinars

  • Highly motivated and able to work independently

  • Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required

  • Must be willing to travel within the Northeast and Midwest for marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scientific or engineering background, particularly in aquatic ecology, Clean Water Act, and NPDES permitting

  • Client contacts in the power, chemical/pharmaceutical, oil & gas, or industrial manufacturing industries

  • Working relationships with state or federal regulators

  • Water/sediment/biota sampling experience

  • Experience with Bathymetry, acoustic monitoring, ecological UAV applications
