Position Title Supply Manager
Germany - North Rhine-Westphalia
This position is located in Dülmen, Germany and is contingent upon contract award.
The Supply Manager will be responsible for supply operations for APS2 at the Mannheim location.
Directs and coordinates the overall supply operation for the project.
Ensures effective accountability of all assigned property.
Maintains accountability for customer and company contract compliance requirements and processes.
Informs senior management of any issues within the supply function which may impact performance.
Effectively manages supply staff and resources.
Ensures stated goals and customer requirements are met.
Oversees the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS) and other applicable systems supporting supply functions.
Identifies areas of needed emphasis to recommend improvements.
Monitors production for compliance with scheduling directives, cost factors, and other applicable standards.
Develops appropriate standard operating procedures and performance standards.
Tracks inventory, requisitioning and disposals (turn-ins).
Ensures required reporting and deliverables are processed timely.
Ensures facilities operate in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Procedure Compliance - Each employee must read, understand and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to his/her job.
At least 10 years of supervisor experience in supply management.
A comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, and procedures related to supply.
A comprehensive knowledge of the installation’/s supply and equipment management processes and related regulations.
Intricate knowledge of analytical techniques and causative research skills.
Operational skills and knowledge of the automated supply systems used.
Experience with the applicable US finance management systems and in-depth knowledge of the US Army Standard Army Management Information systems to include AWRDS, GCSS-Army, and USR.
A comprehensive knowledge of the installation’s supply and equipment management processes and related regulations.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.
US citizenship, TESA/ASSA certification and a SECRET security clearance is required.
Bachelors degree preferred.
