The Money Processing Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that policies and procedures for a large, high volume cash processing operations are followed. This position functions in an armed environment. This position requires the enforcement of rules to protect the premises and property of Brink's and its customers, as well as the safety of persons on the premises of Brink's and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment with the goal of ensuring that all employees work and return home safely

• Perform business planning and development, facility management and staffing activities

• Manage the operation and maintenance of all cash processing equipment

• Create a cooperative team atmosphere of employee engagement

• Maintain and provide quality customer service and good communications with the customer base

• Leverage systems, equipment and process redesign to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and efficiency

Secure inventories by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures

Position Qualifications

Position Qualifications:

• Be at least 21 years of age

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cash or coin processing operation

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience

• Minimum 1 year of budgeting and planning experience

• A currently valid driver’s license

• Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements

• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements

• A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses

• Able to work weekends, holidays and/or extended hours

• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
