Work You ll DoPerform daily aspects of client engagements, including scheduling and supervising staff, presenting client deliverables, and working with clients senior management. Perform engagement planning, budgeting, invoicing functions, and organizing. Understand and evaluate clients business requirements. Act as subject matter expert in area of focus. Provide recommendations for improved and enhanced business efficiency to clients. Gather business requirements, perform data assessment, profiling, create ER diagrams, data mapping, and document processes and frameworks. Perform Model Risk assessment, risk ranking, review MRM documentation and provide recommendations. Create training materials for technical webcasts and facilitating training sessions for new hires. Participate in recruitment activities and conduct interviews. Identify, propose, and sell projects to current and prospective clients. Facilitate use of technology. Act as coach to team members and staff in service area. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Five years of data analytics/data management experience.Experience must include five years of:Performing data analytics/data management utilizing C , SQL, JAVA, PERL, Python, UNIX and SAS including regression analysis tools for creating models;Assessing data management processes including data governance organizational framework, policies and controls, technical data architecture and flows, data quality routines and reconciliation across data systems;Establishing rules and processes to perform data quality assessment prior to technology deployment;Utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project to prepare reports and presentations, and presenting to clients' senior management;Performing project management, including developing project plans and workflow processes and timelines, and supervising teams of internal and external professionals including both onshore and offshore work locations; andInterfacing directly with clients to communicate project status, create budgets, prepare project plans, perform invoicing functions, and resolve issues that arise through the course of engagements.Experience must include two years of:Performing data analytics and data management within the Financial Service Industries, including the banking industry; andUtilizing Oracle and Teradata databases to write code related to data mining, visualization, reporting, and dashboarding, and utilizing Tableau, Qlikview, QlikSense and Spotfire to create visualization reports.Must have one of the following: CPA, CIA, CFA, CA, PMP, FRM, PRM, CPC, ERP, CMA, or CFE.Position requires approximately 80% travel.
