Work You ll DoPlay lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing and participate in proposal development efforts. Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities and assist in retention of professionals. Serve as subject matter expert. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Provide market leading perspectives through eminence, speaking engagements, webinars and whitepaper. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Decision Sciences, Risk Management, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Five years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing Data Protection solutions.Experience must include five years of:Analyzing clients regulatory and compliance requirements to build effective controls to address such requirements;Performing cyber risk assessments for NIST, PCI, HIPAA and ISO regulatory compliance requirements, including operational, regulatory, cyber, and strategic risk;Performing controls and process design, implementation, assessment, including data protection, encryption, and data masking;Developing, implementing, and architecting information systems, including controls for data encryption, data in transit, data at rest, and data masking;Working with tools including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS Project, MS Visio, and Adobe; andDeveloping and integrating encryption data protection use cases for systems, including RDBMS databases, Oracle, DB2, SQL server, Sybase, Mainframe datasets, UNIX flat files, Multi-file systems, XML files and Hadoop distributed file systems.Experience must include two years of:Creating custom redaction solutions based on global requirements for protecting PII data.Position requires approximately 80% travel.
