IBM Volume Renewal Representative in DALLAS, Texas

The Volume Renewal Representative Position focuses on renewing mid size and government Passport Advantage Renewals. The primary goals of this position are to ensure renewals are closed on time, year-to-year (YTY) growth, and identifying reinstatement and SaaS while minimizing attrition. This role will focus YTY S&S growth while identifying reinstatement, Bridge to Cloud and Connect to Cloud opportunities (OI). Renewal Seller will minimize on Prem attrition through reinstatement and SaaS. The goal is to protect and grow the clients SWG annual spend. The objective involves working with IBM’s Client Teams, Software Sales Representatives, and customers and partners to ensure timely processing of software renewals and maximizing the software subscription and support revenue. In addition to working with the local sales and business partner organization, the Volume Renewal Seller also gets involved with the operations, pricing, contracts and negotiations, legal, and Customer Support organizations. This position may involve face-to-face engagement with customer base. If deemed appropriate, travel may be required to secure relationship with the customer and extended IBM Team. Understanding IBM's cross brand portfolio, passport advantage, and end to end business process (On Prem and SaaS), external and internal, is critical to the role of a Volume Renewal Representative.Location: Dallas, TX
