Position Title Senior B-2 Program Manager

AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide B-2 acquisition program management expertise. The position is located in the B-2 Division within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
Leads the process to update and maintain a platform-level Program Protection Plan (PPP) and assist with development of appendices to support various PPP requirements for individual B-2 upgrade acquisition programs
Support B-2 programs by collecting, compiling, analyzing, investigating, researching, and/or applying logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.
Leads effort to identify, assess, and document program protection requirements and activities.
Participates in risk identification and management process.
Interfaces with cybersecurity, anti-tamper, and program protection communities to ensure appropriate cross-flow of information.
Applies a full range of acquisition program management and sustainment philosophies, policies, and procedures, to perform a wide range of acquisition/sustainment management activities in support of the existing and future programs in the B-2 Division.
Assists in the collection of programmatic inputs from weapons systems program offices for defining, developing, and managing the acquisition and development/upgrades to the various B-2 Division aircraft configurations.
Minimum of 10 years of experience and a Master’s degree or a minimum of 15 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Minimum of 5 years project/program management experience with Department of Defense
Air Force weapon system (preferably B-2) and acquisition process working knowledge and experience.
