Summary:

This position is based at the Denver, CO office and supports multiple professional and operational organizations within the organization. Our Human Resource Managers assist with coaching leaders for success and have a strong business partnership, providing clear and focused communication across all levels of the employee population. Acts as a central point of contact, facilitator and liaison to other human resource entities to align recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources. Develops and leads change efforts for major business initiatives. Serves as subject matter expert, strategic HR business partner and provides guidance to employees as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Must be able to provide HR support to multiple levels of management, employees and front line employees

-Effectively collaborates with HR CoEs (Centers of Expertise) to enhance the employee's lifecycle

-Partners with business leaders, other HR Leaders and the appropriate HR CoE(s) to develop plans to increase employee and leader capabilities in the organization

-Oversees, handles, and manages Employee Relations issues. Assists with employee coaching, performance management and corrective action, successful problem and conflict resolution

-Assists managers and employees in understanding and applying HR tools in order to maximize employee performance, achieve organizational effectiveness, improve employee's engagement, and ensure legal compliance.

-Identifies talent issues before they impact the business, understands the talent needs of the business and develops next generation of leaders

-Tailors employee engagement solutions to drive optimal organization performance and effectiveness

-Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services

-Leverages Workforce Analytics to increase organizational effectiveness and performance

-Develops and leads change efforts for major business initiatives

-Provides program and process excellence leadership to ensure work is aligned to strategic goals of organization and integrates HR policies and practices

-Supports the facilitation of the performance management, succession planning review, employee satisfaction survey feedback processes with managers

Core Responsibilities:

-Counsels, orientates, and trains managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies. Administers Human Resources policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.

-Oversees, handles, and manages employee relations issues. Assists with employee counseling, discipline, and grievance handling.

-Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.

-Manages direct reports. Ensures compliance with state, local, and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees.

-Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies, and programs are aligned with business initiatives.

-Administers compensation programs and assists in job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines.

-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Education Level-Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Years Experience-Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
