Summary:The Software Developer (C#)will take all responsibility for various integrations in our environment with a variety of identity management (IdAM) and security authorization technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

  • Responsible fora mix of direct programming on key projects, as well as supervising the software development of a variety of subcontractors

  • Will lead the initial software development and early lifecycle support of various identity management systems

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training/certification, or work/military experience

  • For applicants without the relevant college degree, a history of certifications from various sources will be considered

  • 5 years’ total software development experience

  • 3 years’ experience with a modern VM-based programming language (C#, Java or both)

  • 5 years’ experience integrating Microsoft platform components or 5 years’ experience working with any Identity and Access Management (IdAM) systems.

  • Experience preferred to include candidates with a background in:

  • Security technologies

  • Identity automation

  • Access control customization

  • AccessIT, CASport, or similar formal authorization systems

  • Security

  • TS/SCI with CI Poly

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of designing, developing, integrating, testing and debugging applications

  • Knowledge of IT security concepts and practices

  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical people to successfully complete work assignments

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team

  • Comfortable dealing with changing requirements and working with a wide variety of tools and products

  • Background in sound software engineering practices

  • Great interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
