Kaiser Permanente Operations Project Coordinator in Duluth, Georgia
The job exists to support the successful completion of projects and day to day operations across all departments of the GA Regional Contact Centers. The position will support the department manager by completing such tasks as work flow analysis and documentation, report preparation, simple statistical analysis and regular communications to staff. The position will be responsible for other various administrative and operational tasks. Project support will involve analytic and assessment activities. The position is responsible for coordinating activities for projects such as processes, policies, procedures, compliance as well as change management activities related to administration, health care operations and organizational performance. The position must coordinate activities between a number of departments, staff members, business partners, project/initiative teams and workgroups.
Essential Responsibilities: - Accepts manager delegated duties such as meeting attendance, communication with staff and posting of positions. - Collaborates with department manager to develop workflows, policy and procedures and process improvements. - Assist department managers with onboarding readiness of staff additions (pc's, phones, telephony equip., etc). - Assists in project work to include scope, timelines and action plan. - Ensure adherence to business practices and policies during project work. - Provides timely, proper, and accurate documentation of projects. - Create, monitor and modify reports to assure business objectives are met and maintained. - Assists manager in other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Experience - Minimum two (2) years of experience project and/or program management work. Education - High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. License, Certification, Registration - N/A
Additional Requirements: - Demonstrated Knowledge of influential leadership tactics. - Healthcare background in both business and telephony. - Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. - Effective presentation skills. - Strong customer service orientation. - Working knowledge of PC required. - Ability to perform multiple duties in a heavy workload environment. - Familiarity with the use and interpretation of quantitative statistical reports and analysis. - Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets and documents. - Ability to develop report programming, data collection and reporting. - Monitoring program timelines, milestones, and resource usage. - Defining project scope, goals, deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with project Sponsor(s) and key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree.
