Position Description

We currently have an immediate career opportunity for a Branch Manager at our Edmonton facility. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at our Edmonton facility as well as oversight of the Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie and Yellowknife operation. The incumbent will have full profit and loss responsibility for Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie and Yellowknife, which has a combined fleet of 30 vehicles and approximately 102 employees.

The obligation will be to provide leadership and direction for all logistics, scheduling, service delivery, building maintenance and transportation functions. In addition, the incumbent will be involved in Human Resources and provide strong leadership for the Supervisors and will be accountable for developing other key direct reports. Both financial and business analysis will factor significantly in this role.


 Responsible for direct supervision of 4 salaried employees and indirect supervision of approximately 10 salaried employees.

 Promote a positive work environment, with focus on employee relations and diversity

 Management of branch operations with an emphasis on team leadership and process improvement

 Responsible for overall financial performance and service delivery, work with Regional Manager to prepare monthly forecasts, establish and present annual budgets to CHO

 Interface with other business unit heads to effectively implement strategies and work towards business objectives

 Implement and enforce company policies and operating procedures

 Directly establish long-term relationships with customers

 Work with Corporate and local sales to achieve annual sales plans and ensure customer satisfaction

 Ensure that customer SLA’s are met consistently

 Review and adjudicate corrective action plans for all reported motor vehicle accidents and work place injuries

 Ensuring compliance with Brink’s Health and Safety Policies and Government Regulations, Perform Senior Level Safety Audits as per scheduled requirements

 Responsible for security and route audits

Position Qualifications

If you have previous experience in both ATM & Armored, Vault and Cash Logistics operations this job will be of interest to you. We are looking for a solid team member who is action orientated and able to maintain composure under pressure. Provide leadership and manage conflict with superior interpersonal skills. Strong working knowledge of risk management industry, and previous managerial experience is preferred. A valid Possession and Acquisition License for both Restricted and Non-Restricted, or ability to obtain one, is required.
