Position Summary:

Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating the order processing and shipping of Fisher Pak products to the customer.

Facilitate orders and shipments for Global Chemicals Fisher Pak business. Liaison between area managers, CCG Fisher Pak coordinator, Unity Labs on-sites, GC warehouse, Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with Operations and internal groups to coordinate the shipment of product.

  • Coordinate order processing for the Fisher Pak full drum list

  • Print, modify, scan and file all orders.

  • Identify orders needed for full drums and notify Fisher Pak coordinators for orders due

  • Proactively communicate changes to Fisher Pak coordinators, Unity Lab on-sites regarding inquiries pertaining to order status.

  • Provide order tracking information

  • Provide availability dates for Fisher Pak products

  • Provide customer support for inquiries and provide timely and complete responses to requestor, including shipping status and tracking information.

  • Attend team meetings when required, (Fisher Pak standardization, production planning, marketing, etc.)

  • Be accountable for specific tasks, assignments for this position (demonstrate leadership, facilitation skills)

  • Be accountable for special project assignments and respond in an agreed upon timeframe.

  • Prepare the required reports for this position within an agreed upon timeframe.

  • Manage issue resolution through coordinator/communicate with appropriate internal team members.

  • Respond to all requests in a timely manner

  • Responsible for RGA requests on customer returns

  • Liaison for customer service reps, sales force and all other aspects for coordination and shipment of products

  • Enter shipping notes/forward shipping documents to finance for invoicing

  • General filing and clerical responsibilities

  • Answer phones pertaining to shipping status.

  • Expedite rush orders

  • Performs other duties as assigned in a safe manner, maintaining a safe work environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Required 1 year Customer Service experience in a chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

  • Requires prioritization and time management skill set

  • Must be able to interface with all levels of employees

  • Problem-solving capabilities
