CACI International PROGRAM CONTROL ANALYST 1 in Falls Church, Virginia
Under close supervision assists in providing on-site project management/ administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project, or task(s). Duties include scheduling meetings, in/out-processing new personnel, coordinating meetings, compiling weekly and monthly reports, submitting documents for public release, working to remedy facility issues, disposing of classified material, and may oversee facility administration and purchases of equipment and supplies as related to contract requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation, tracking, compiling of weekly activities, meetings, preparation of management reports, preparation of weekly and monthly activity reports.
Scheduling meetings to outlook calendars, reserving, opening/closing the secure conference room.
Establishing visitor parking at the Suffolk building, escorting visitors, organizing staff functions.
Prepare briefing books, create presentations.
Establishing clearances, requesting common access cards and building pass applications.
Ordering supplies, reporting broken equipment, coordinating travel arrangements, tracking front office coordination.
Helps create and maintain the office schedule.
Interfaces with all functional levels of the program team to develop and adhere to schedule requirements.
Submits documents for public release.
Analyzes the program budget and reports to the Program Manager.
Works to ensure compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations.
Education and Experience:
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and 0-2 years of applicable experience.
