Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides functional and technical direction in the design, development, acquisition, production, fielding and post deployment support of government programs. Supports the government in overall product management policies, plans, requirements, execution, control and direction of the work and associated resources involved in providing life cycle management.

Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops and presents complex training programs for customers and in-house employees. Coordinates with sales, marketing, and engineering to identify program needs, obtains technical data and schedules programs. Tests trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations. Conducts training programs on complex topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills.

  • Must be capable of passing the US Army Physical Fitness Test.

  • Minimum of 4 years Special Operations experience (Waiverable upon special review) SF, Ranger, Air Force PJ/CCT, Marine Corps, Navy SEAL, Combat experience is desirable.

  • Completed Military Instructor Course or equivalent.

  • Must be capable of working prolonged hours in a field environment in all types of weather conditions.

  • Possess current U.S. Passport.

  • Must be willing to travel several weeks of the year both CONUS and OCONUS as required.

Required Qualifications:

Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5-7 years of related (training, sales and/or technical) experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required. May spend a lot of time standing due to classroom conditions.
