Join our team supporting our DoD client as a SharePoint Administrator.
The SharePoint Administrator serves as the primary technical authority for deployed SharePoint applications in the non-production and staging environments and is responsible for managing all application deployment, administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support activities in these environments.
The administrator works to assure timely resolutions for problems with SharePoint supported applications.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 7 - 9 years of related experience.
Active Secret level clearance
Recent (within the past five years) experience installing, configuring, and managing the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010 or 2013 application.
Recent (within the past five years) experience installing, configuring, and managing the Microsoft Project Server 2010 or 2013 application.
Managing SharePoint Enterprise features.
Monitoring and correcting SharePoint site collections and permissions.
Applying SharePoint patches and software updates and migrating SharePoint site collections into the SharePoint farm or to new hardware platforms.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): SharePoint or
MCSD: SharePoint Applications
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face.
