CACI International Telecommunications Analyst 2 in Fort Meade, Maryland

Job Description:

Are you looking to support your country by providing expert support while gaining joint service exposure and experience? Join CACI as a telecommunications analyst providing Video Services expertise to Ft. Meade in support of the DISN Global Video Services contract.

Candidates will be required to perform the following functions:

Performing maintenance; and installing, configuring and testing data communications equipment and services.

Updating all Tier 3 assigned tickets in GTMS on a daily basis.

Assist the PMO in the development and presentation of video related training and briefings to the participating customer organizations.

Prepares communications equipment for installation by testing, calibrating, or modifying equipment as required.

Installs and test various communications equipment and services to specified configurations and ensures proper working order for new or updated network service.

Analyze conference impacts for their assigned customers and provide problem resolution when conference impacts occur and when necessary coordinate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) to provide customers with recommended Courses of Action (COA).


Reports to the VTC Customer Service Team Lead.

Receive Tier I, II, and III phone calls, emails, and Remedy tickets for troubleshooting issues with VTC equipment.

Provides support and services supporting a DoD organization with video-teleconferencing services.

Work with GVS customers via phone and email to resolve real time issues.


2 to 4 years’ experience with hands-on working knowledge of videoconferencing

Knowledge of video connectivity over IP

Experience and strong familiarity with some or all of the following: Cisco Telepresence Family – Codian, MSE, and VCS Expressway; Polycom – RMX, DMA, CMA and MGC


Typically requires bachelor’s degree and two to four years of related experience.
