Provide Plan Sponsors with accurate bills, information and solutions to concerns. Work to ensure payments are finalized and money is collected and allocated across benefits and structure. Process accurate and timely eligibility into Aetna Systems utilizing Aetna policy guidelines and in accordance with key performance measures and first claim/first call resolution

Fundamental Components:

  • Coordinates validation of eligibility.

  • Consults with internal/external customers to identify accurate account information, billing format method and payment arrangements to meet customers expectations.

  • Researches, resolves and responds to internal/external customers request or needs within the policy guidelines.


    *1-3 years Customer Service Experience REQUIRED

    *1-3 years of Microsoft Office Experience REQUIRED

    *Financial experience a plus

    *Attention to detail and Accuracy

    *Math and accounting skills

    *Ability to analyze financial information and reports.

    *Ability to work on projects solo or with others and produce desired results.

    *Ability to prioritize task and organize work effectively.


    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

With each process learned an performed we ensure that Compliance has been properly adhered to with regards to Plan Sponsor and/or member activity.
