We are currently looking for an experienced Informatics Analyst to join our Coventry Workers Comp Network Reporting Team. The Network Reporting team is responsible for providing management with the data analysis required to maintain and develop our various Network products as well as supporting Sales & Account Management in the pursuit of new business.
The Coventry Workers Comp (CWCS) Network Reporting team is a highly visible, fast-paced group that provides Product Management, Sales & Account Management many of the tools necessary to maintain and sell our Workers Comp and Auto network products.
The successful Informatics Analyst candidate will:
Monitor, QA and distribute weekly/monthly/quarterly data extracts
Complete ad hoc network analyses, such as producing listings of nearby in-network providers given specific client locations
Communicate with Sales & Account Management teams to determine reporting requirements
Maintain configuration files necessary for our network channeling web site
Participate as part of a larger team to produce files necessary for filing new and maintaining our certified Workers Comp network offerings
Maintain process documentation
Participate within a larger team as a subject matter expert
Examine existing processes to reduce turn-around times and increase processing efficiencies
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE DESIRED One or more years of programming, or data analysis experience.Database experience is required.Microsoft Excel experience is required. Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred. (networks)Strong SQL programming skills required. (including SSIS programming)Knowledge of analytic programming tools and methods.Proficiency in GEONetworks. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills. EDUCATION
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
