Our Small Group Account Client Managers focus on retention & support of our SG customers with small group self funded (Aetna Funding Advantage) and fully insured (KWYH & ACA) business. We interact daily with small groups and their brokers/agents, and seek to provide excellent service to our customers.
Position is office based. However, candidates can reside & report to local offices in:
Arlington, TXAtlanta, GA Blue Bell, PA Fresno, CAJacksonville, FL
Our Account Client Managers support our SG brokers and customers, and interact with them daily on renewal/retention activity including renewal review, process and timing. In addition, our SG Account Client Managers help customers review/access available reports, along with providing general support on ad hoc plan administration inquiries. Our team helps customers connect with functional support areas when appropriate, including billing & eligibility within an assigned book of business.
0-1 year relevant experience.
Strong account management and sales orientation.
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is required upfront OR within 90 days of hire
Sales & Service/Account Management (Broker Client Mgmt.)- 1-3 Years
Insurance Experience a Plus!
Microsoft Outlook/1-3 Years/End User
Microsoft Word/1-3 Years/End User
Microsoft Excel/1-3 Years/End User
