Position Title CEI Senior Inspector – Rail Track

Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented CEI Senior Inspector – Rail Track for immediate employment in the Boca Raton, FL office. The project location is Ft. Lauderdale.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for performing highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout

  • Responsible for making, and checking engineering computations, inspecting construction work, and conducting field tests

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing the lower level inspectors

  • Work is performed under the general supervision of the Project Engineer/Administrator

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience

  • 10+ years of experience in construction inspection to include embedded track and/or light commuter rail/Public Transit Rail construction inspection

  • Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required

Must posses the following certifications:

  • CTQP Concrete Field Technician Level I

  • CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level II (Bridges)

  • CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I

  • CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level II CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I

  • CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level II

  • CTQP Pile Driving Inspection

  • CTQP Drilled Shaft Inspection (required for inspection of all drilled shafts including

  • miscellaneous structures such as sign structures, lighting structures, and traffic signal

  • structures)

  • CTQP Grouting Technician Level I

  • CTQP Post-Tensioning Technician Level I

  • IMSA Traffic Signal Inspector Level I

  • CTQP Final Estimates Level I

  • FDOT Intermediate MOT

  • Nuclear Radiation Safety

  • IMSA Traffic Signal Inspector Level I
