Sodexo HealthCare is seeking an Office Manager 1 for Vidant Medical Center , a 909 bed acute care hospital located in Greenville, NC .

Are you the experienced Executive Assistant we’re seeking?
We are looking for candidates who can:
Assist with new employee on-boarding/all Vidant HR hiring and support
Financial reporting inlcuding: UFS reconciliation and weekly cash reporting
The ideal candidate will have/be:
fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint;
detailed oriented, flexible, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities; and
excellent organization, communication and project management skills.
