Involve the quality process for technical feasibility analysis and cost estimation
Investigate the lessons learning to reduce technical risk in mass product
To lead function team (including hardware, firmware, mechanical, ECAD engineers) to fix quality issue
To develop new products by solving all technical problems, and ensuring the schedule, cost and quality.
To cooperate with project manager, industrial leader and purchasing leader to smooth the project progress and carry out objectives
To involve R&D networking to contribute the research capability improvement
To motivate and train engineers for technical knowledge and skill development
Bachelor´s degree or above in Power Electronics or Engineering
Familiar with power engineered products design, over 3 years new product design and development experience
Skillful English speaking and writing
Good presentation and communication skills
