Eaton Corporation Service Trainer and Technical Support in Guangdong Sheng, China

  1. Develop and implement customer training course in Beijing or Shenzhen training room

    1. Maintenance training room’s daily work ,such as install Ups ,and admin work during training

    2. Answer the technical question for field engineers about the UPS product , solve problem by phone as could as you can .

    3. Follow up the Quality issue to solve UPS problems,

    4. Join New product develop project ,prepare training Demo unit and material for New product

    5. Go to the site to solve field issue when need


  1. Good communication skill with customer with more than 2 years' UPS field service experience

  2. Basic knowledge on electric

  3. Basic English reading and writing, Standard mandarin Speaking

  4. Failure report writing ability & Failure data analysis

  5. Accept business travel in need

  6. Team work
