IBM Emergency Response Manager(Beijing or Shanghai) in Guangzhou, China

· Emergency Response Manager (ERM) is IBM's management delegate to gather and manage End-to-End Client Emergency Response Team (CERT), to recover critical system outage (which is also called CIE - Customer Impact Event);· The End-to-End IBM CERT team includes Development Engineers (DE), Product Field Engineers (PFE), and field service engineers;· In a CIE situation, ERM serves as a single owner & communication focal for the client and internal teams;· ERM is responsible to evaluate the business impact, and properly manage IBM technical resource worldwide to recover the system and reduce the business impact to the minimum level in a timely manner.

· Strong background/experience in real-time crisis management;· Sense of urgency and client satisfaction;· Effective leadership skills;· Efficient communication skills;· Excellent English skills, both in writing and speaking;· Flexible in working hours
