RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares written correspondence of the Human Resources Manager.

Processes communication materials of the HR Department.

Maintains an efficient filing of all team member records.

管理所有酒店员工档案,保证其查阅时方便高效。

Maintains an efficient filing of the departments’ confidential records.

对人力资源部门的绝密文件进行有效的存档及维护。

Prepare contracts for team members.

为员工准备合同。

Maintains an effective filing system of the papers/doctors of casual and regular team members.

对临时工和普通员工的文档保持随时更新。

Records team member movements: transfer, promotions/demotion and change in title, and the related change of salary.

记录员工变动:调动,晋升/降级和头衔变更及相应的工资变化。

Prepares reports related to manning and recruitment.

负责准备有关人力需求及招聘工作的相关报告。

Prepares and updates master list of regular and casual team members.

准备且负责更新常规人力需求及临时人力需求的主要名单。

Process all kinds of leave benefits.

处理各种离职福利相关事宜。

Maintain leave credits record.

负责留存离职的信用记录。

Prepare Monthly reports to the Social Security System.

负责准备每月向社会安全系统上交的月度报告。

Process government reports and surveys related to benefits administration.

处理有关福利管理的政府报告及调查。

Prepares scheduling of annual medical examinations.

负责准备年度身体检查的安排工作。

Administer all other benefits related activities, coordinate with Finance Department to properly handle social insurance.

In charge of team members’ outing.

负责员工出游活动的安排。

Controls the use and administers team members’ lockers.

Initiates action on disciplinary cases brought to Human Relations by individual Department Heads.

Furnishes the Asst. HR Manager with reports on status of Disciplinary cases.

随时向人力资源副经理汇报员工的纪律情况。

Processes papers required by the government for expatriates and guests chefs for special functions.

处理政府需要的外籍劳务和顾客的相关文件。

Prepare accidents reports and reimbursements.

准备意外事故报告和报销事宜。

Monitors and prepares memos and change of status of probationary period of newly hired and newly promoted team member.

跟进新进员工和新晋升员工试用期间的工作表现记录,并负责准备相关通启。

Be aware of local labor laws and rules, arrange new team member hiring procedure, submit professional suggestion to HR Manager.

掌握当地政策法规,对员工事务的处理向人力资源经理提交专业的建议。

Supervise the HR system.

人力资源系统的使用和日常监控。
