Cummins is looking for an extraordinary Logistics Coordinator in our Harrisburg, PA location. This position is responsible for processing all ship directs and assisting Ops. Manager with inventory reports and controls. They will also assist the RGA manager and Transit Manager with their duties when they are not available.
Process all sourced ship directs from and distributor. This will include receiving the part and invoicing the customer
Process all ship directs that are shipped from the HRD. This will include receiving the parts and invoicing the customer
Assist with some of the parts inventory reporting daily
Assist the RGA manager with returns and processing
Support the Transit manager with business functions when necessary
Cummins Sales and Service focuses strongly upon safety in all aspects of our operations. The successful candidate must likewise consider safety as paramount and demonstrate a substantial awareness of work place safety and environmental knowledge
Creates, maintains and promotes a safe clean workplace
Education, Licenses, Certifications
College degree preferred. High school degree required
Understanding of Microsoft programs. ( Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Organizational skills a must. Need to be able to allocate appropriate time between different managers
