This position works with operational aspects of the Medicare Advantage program in the Keystone region. The position reports to the Director of Medicare Operations for the region and has a wide range of activities within the position scope including: creation and QA of Evidence of Coverage, Provider Directories, and Summary of Benefits.
Support the creation of Medicare provider directories for the region
Support the creation and QA of Medicare Evidence of Coverage (EOC)
Support the Medicare Sales division with the creation of sales documents and organizing materials in outgoing member kits
Support the Sales division by creating various data extract reports, both scheduled and ad-hoc
Responsible for the accuracy of all plan documents going out to our members and providers
2 years related work experience.
Proven track record meeting project dates.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Full or part time work from home is acceptable for this position. Other office locations outside of Harrisburg are also acceptable.
