Responsibilities:

Assist in reporting, analyzing, and tracking results in HEDIS and CAHPS reporting. Responsible for assuring the accuracy and validity of data, while interpreting results into recommendations. Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support clinical initiatives, NCQA requirements and quality improvement activities.Evaluates the impact of quality program activities and performance indicators that lead to improved quality of care and patient health outcomes. Supports Quality Improvement (QI) program goals and objectives for the Plans, and ensures that members are engaged with actionable opportunities for health management and improvement. Analyze and evaluate various sources of data in support of internal customers to improve quality and further the goals and objectives of the organization.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the health care industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of HEDIS project management/data collection experience.
