To manage, educate and cultivate assigned national consulting partner relationships; while assisting our local field teams meet their revenue / membership targets.
Serves as the expert for assigned distribution channel business relationships maintaining awareness of industry, company, competitor, legislative and regulatory activities. Articulates business strategies to distribution partners to attain commitment. Works with distribution partners to evaluate and help close production and profit gaps. Delivers services and programs in support of specific business plans and strategies. Marshals appropriate resources to effectively implement plans. May oversee and/or coordinate work with staff outside own area to ensure effective execution of distribution channel objective. Ensures all contractual, compliance and legal obligations related to distribution are met. Researches and develops proposals for alternate distribution channels
License as required by state laws.
3-5 years sales experience, preferably within industry.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
