Aetna s Marketing Technology (MarTech) new Solutions Adoption program combines implementation and onboarding of digital marketing technologies and/or new solutions in close collaboration with the lines of businesses (LOB). The team is responsible for managing the execution of Adoption projects including delivering LOB (client) presentations, guiding clients through digital asset development (product suite, and platform ecosystem), developing strategic recommendation to clients regarding digital need assessment and marketing technology opportunities to achieve higher member engagement, retention, and satisfaction. The team will work closely with MarTech s peer teams (Strategy and Planning, Solutions Foundry, Tech Architecture) as well as Branding, Commercial and Government Marketing, Member Engagement, Sales, Legal and Compliance, and the Lines of Businesses. POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the Rollout Out and Adoption of Digital Marketing Technologies (MarTech) and the penetration of such in close collaboration with the lines of businesses (LOB) in support of organizational goals. Will manage multiple work-streams across multi-disciplinary groups to achieve the goals of the initiative. Has accountability for all aspects of an engagement including project plan definition and execution, milestone management, risk and issue mitigation, and KPI/metrics articulation and monitoring. Responsible to the Head of Solution Adoption. Works closely with MarTech s peer teams (Strategy and Planning, Solutions Foundry, Tech Architecture) as well as Branding, Commercial and Government Marketing, Member Engagement, Sales, Legal and Compliance, Lean and Six Sigma, and the Lines of Businesses. Partners with Training and Technical SMEs within Solution Adoption and Technology Architecture to accomplish goal.
Fundamental Components:- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital technologies for a line of business articulating and managing the engagement through a comprehensive project plan within the defined scope of work. Manage milestones, issues, risks. Responsible for connection points across organizations, engagement of partners across creative, Lean Six Sigma, compliance, security teams.- Develop strong and thoughtful relationships and deep understanding of technology needs and strategies for assigned Line of Business. Consultative influencing mindset.- Track client (LOB) penetration, metrics, outcomes and product functionality use related to adoption services.- Apply Change Management techniques to ensure adoption success- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to refine program and improve customer outcomes.- Achieve 80% successful customer adoption within 60 days of solution kickoff.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired: - 5-8 years Project and Program Management experience- 3-5 years IT experience with particular focus on business facing implementation role- 3-5 years of digital marketing with a focus on solution delivery and engagement model- Solid experience in the industry with deep understanding of commercial and government businesses - Cross-functional leadership experience, program management experience, influencing, and change management skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including listening and ability to explain complex ideas and technologies through- Willingness to work outside of defined job description to establish new process or find a solution to new problems- Ability to influence peers, leadership and lines of businesses (without having direct control)- Change Management experience desired
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
