POSITION SUMMARY

This leadership position would be to be part of a highly successful team responsible for Medicare formulary and clinical operational excellence. Expectations would be to work closely with Medicare Operations, formulary development and product teams in conjunction with our PBM to deliver accurate formulary and clinical claims adjudication meeting both our regulatory and business high standards for accuracy. In addition this director position would be involved in many Medicare projects as part of overall Medicare business strategy as a key subject matter expert and contributor.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

5+ years Medicare managed care experience required.

In-depth knowledge and experience in Medicare managed care & PBM managed pharmacy.

Pharmacist degree (RPH or PharmD) & active licensure required.

Prior Medicare formulary & clinical operations audit experience required.

Strong understanding of Medicare guidance and practical application of requirements a must.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Pharmacy/Licensed Pharmacist is required.

Managed Care/Managed Healthcare Professional is desired

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCES

Functional - Leadership/Lead significant enterprise-wide initiative/1-3 Years

Functional - Leadership/Act as company spokesperson to external constituents/1-3 Years

Telework Specifications:

Full Time- consideration for any US location, training period in the office may be required
