POSITION SUMMARY

Retain and grow a large, National Account book of business by delivering superior service and strategic oversight aimed at helping our clients with creating and achieving their healthcare goals.

Fundamental Components:

The candidate will manage a team of Account Managers who are responsible for managing a regionalized book of business. This book of business consists of large, National Account clients who have also purchased medical products from Aetna. The candidate will be responsible for managing and cultivating positive, collaborative relationships with these clients. The candidate will be able to promote and educate clients on the PayFlex value proposition, will be able to trouble shoot and resolve issues and retain and grow our product portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for conducting quarterly business reviews with these clients and thoroughly explain the metrics and analytics for each of these accounts. The candidate will also be responsible for working closely with their Aetna National Account counterparts and building positive and collaborative relationships.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

The candidate will have management experience along with Account Management/Sales experience. The candidate will have healthcare experience with a focus on reimbursement and health savings accounts products. The candidate will have experience with relationship building.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
