Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Market / Line of Business Expertise: Assume leadership position in addressing coverage and rate questions. Resolve complex issues related to procedures, workflow and production questions. Manage workflow and procedures to insure consistency across the Enterprise. Expert knowledge of Travelers Product lines Comprehensive knowledge of multiple Business Unit Strategies. Broad knowledge of Travelers Business/Enterprise processes. Broad knowledge of Travelers applications/systems. Expanded knowledge of multiple rating/pricing methodologies and tools. Development of workflow methodology and processes. Represent Business Units in all phases of Enterprise initiatives. Knowledge of underwriting coverages and processes/procedures. Relationship Management: Manage relationship between Business Partners and multiple Shared Services Suites. Manage vendor contracts and relationships. Managing/Mentoring/Developing People: Serves as mentor to other FSA's for multiple lines of business and markets.
