Aetna is seeking an Office 365 Specialist to join the Data & Analytics Enablement Team within the Finance Shared Services Organization. This individual will be responsible for configuring Office 365 components for enterprise scale activity/knowledge management and collaboration solutions. In addition, the position will involve partnering with IT to build applications that support Office 365 solutions and external applications. Occasional telework will be considered. Fundamental Components

We are looking for a talented individual who will provide technical skills to Office 365 collaboration solutions. This position will be accountable for the development of SharePoint sites, Workflows, automated processed etc. The selected individual will be expected to identify and work with constituents to gather & document requirements as well as to prototype solutions. Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills with an emphasis on collaboration tools such as Outlook, Teams, Flow, etc. (Mandatory) Knowledge of working with and maintaining custom web parts and features, deploying lists, and site templatesDeep SharePoint product knowledge and understanding of product features including: WorkflowsSire configurationsContent Types Lists and Libraries Document Management Feature Frameworks Publishing Infrastructure Project experience implementing and maintaining Office 365 solutions that focus on workflow, document management, and content creation for web-focused business teams. Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI Experience with Active DirectoryStrong analytical problem solving ability BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:Strong knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with programming a plusExperience configuring SharePoint sites. As talented specialist you will be working with a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a modules within a project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing). You may be asked to lead certain tasks within a project.You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.Candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to fully participate in project conceptual design phases.Self-starter with ability to work independently or as part of a project teamProgramming experience is desired but not required EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of reporting applications and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.

Knowledge and experience with programming languages such as SQL, SAS.

We have two open positions; the ideal candidates must have broad knowledge and understanding of healthcare data, Aetna's products and services, and the importance of high quality data and information. An understanding of Data Warehouse environments, including data marts and business intelligence tools and their usage is highly desired. This is a matrix environment, facilitating meetings, and must have knowledge of system development lifecycles.
