Design, develop, implement and support advanced communications technology and contact routing solutions for Aetna's global contact center business constituents. Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve efficiency and performance of member/provider-facing contact center communications designs.

Fundamental Components:

Projects - Enhancements to existing environment, new product evaluation and implementation, Mergers & Acquisitions, contact center business requests etc. - 55% Infrastructure/application currency Upgrade existing environment as part of ongoing technology refresh - 25% Production support Problem resolution, ad hoc contact center business requests, on call - 20%


Ability to understand complex contact center business requirements (voice, chat, co-browse, text/SMS, click-to-call) and design solutions resulting in resource efficiency and improved member experience. 3-5 years experience in Avaya, Cisco, and carrier VOIP/SIP technologies Ability to grasp contact design inefficiencies and solution improvements with an added focus on cost containment


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
